Data can be collected, stored in bulk, and processed locally without the use of Cloud infrastructure. This has the advantage of speeding up the sampling rate, increasing the number of variables without additional costs, eliminating all issues of latency and connectivity.
Allows for the recording of a large amount of data in a very short time frame (for example, with a ModBus TCP connection, 32,000 variables every 2 seconds). These data can be shared directly via MQTT or accessed through APIs, stored in an internal database, and duplicated on a local network or in the Cloud.
Enables the generation of customized reports targeted at specific users; it is possible to send diagnostic reports to technicians, performance reports to users, or resource management reports to supervisors. Reports can be scheduled and customized according to needs.
Allows the creation of notifications for events - even applying logics absent in the PLC programming and applying coefficients or intersections between variables. It can be connected to an alarm and calibrated upon reaching a certain amount of work done or usage time. Each notification can reach a specific user or a list of users via email or message/Telegram channel.
It allows real-time visualization of the trends and statuses of the PLC variables and is customizable by both the installer and the user. It enables instant analysis of machine performance. Through graphs, it's possible to view the before and after of an event, thus enhancing the analysis capabilities.
When all PLC data is recorded, it is possible to create a "digital twin," which is a virtual copy of the machine. This allows for the reproduction of the machine's behavior in a virtual environment or in a physical location elsewhere. It also enables a detailed analysis of an event, providing the opportunity to assess both the machine's behavior and the external inputs from the operator or received from the sensors.
Allows the creation of a NAT for all available services on the network and makes them accessible remotely (VNC, web server, etc.). Additionally, it enables remote access to specific and/or customized services (for example, the Vijeo Air service offered by Schneider). It allows the programmer to connect to the PLC via the network using the following methods:<br>
- Layer 3 Connection: a NAT is created towards the PLC. The connection to the PLC occurs via IP address.
- Layer 2 Connection: the PC obtains a physical IP address in the machine network. The connection to the PLC occurs via MAC address.
- Remote USB Connection: the connection to the PLC occurs via USB cable and is transferred via VPN to the remote computer.
It allows the integration of other Artificial Intelligence algorithms.
